I really liked the concept of ergonomics that this company makes. At first I though it was gimmicky, but after this (and also a Double D ergonomic handle), I noticed it made a big difference in lifting more weights. The ergonomic handles not only made it more comfortable to use, but it also helped to lift more weights since your effort wasn't distracted by the twisting and need to grip the handle better. As a result I was able to concentrate more on lifting the actual weight with more of my muscle and attention. The only thing I worry about a bit is the plastic material used to mold the contour grips since I've generally been used to metal. In the end, the material feels sturdy enough so that concern is quickly fading.

These are the Rolls Royce of workout handles. The quality is superb. They are very heavy and indestructible. You can use these on many different types of gym equipment from stretch bands to pull down and cable machines of all types. The ergo handles fit very well and make working out so much easier than old straight handles. If you are serious about your equipment get these.

Been using the old-style rope with big knob on end for triceps for years. Tried this one and it is night and day. This ergo grip is great and this product has a very good molded grip. My hands and arms are naturally in better position for the 'push' when using this product with ergo grips. Tricep push downs are also much easier on my hands/fingers than gripping a big rope with wooden/plastic knob on the ends. I get a much better grip and range of motion with this product. I highly recommend anyone that hasn't tried erogonomic grips, and this product specifically for doing their tricep workouts, to get this.

The HXD-ERGO Ergonomic Rope Attachment is a great upgrade from my old rope and strap on my universal gym. The hand grips make it very easy to hold and doesn’t cause fatigue on my hand like the old strap did. Surprisingly the hand grips work well with different sizes of hands also. The grips are made from a hard rubber with just enough texture and slight softness to them to aid with the grip preventing any slip. The rope feels strong, smooth, and is the perfect length. This attachment makes is easier to pull down the full length making it a better workout. The connection point appears to be very well made and reinforced.Overall a great addition to my gym that makes exercising more effective and should last a long time.

These exercise handles are extremely well made, very strong, the hardware is the best quality and the carry bag is excellent. (No compromises for this product). These are better than what I expected. I got a tricep pull down rope with this style ergo handles and really like it a lot. So, I thought I'd give these single handles a shot to see how I like them and I'm glad. The handles are comfortable to use - even under a load. I have a power rack with a lat pull down (high and low stations) and I have a leverage gym with high and low stations. However, they're all single cable. I think these work best using them like a v-row handle or with a split 2 to 1 cable attachment. I used them for seated rows and standing bent over rows and liked the feel a lot. They feel well made and I wouldn't have any issues using heavier weights on them. Overall, I am a big fan of them.

Initially purchased a competitor's on the market until I saw this one, and not only is the cost half of the competitor's, the honeycomb design and material provide a much better grip. I have a home gym and found that the other options on the market(like a tennis ball), would slide on the gym mats. Not an issue here!

Great for our at-home gym. This slides onto the end of our barbell and that allows me to use the barbell for squats and other unique workouts. It does take a little more to come off the end but that is exactly what I want, something that stays on and doesn't fall off. The rubber is textured to also help it from sliding during movement. This worked perfectly!

It fits more comfortably in my hand than the cheaper dumbbells. It's compact, easy to hold, and the way they shaped it makes it curve around your hand. Daniel Grant
